Introduction...
Apart form my duties as an In-Service-Adviser (English) ,I have been working as the Bilingual
Co-ordinator of Negombo since 2013 . My involvement in the field of bilingual education has helped me immensly to grow professionaly as a resource person . This year (2016) I got an opportunity to take part in a workshop conducted by Prof.D.Coyle at Ministry of Education, Sri Lanka . This workshop was an inspiration for me to think about networking with all our stakeholders related to bilingual education in Sri Lanka. So this is going to be a platform where we can share our ideas , facts ,statistics, information and anything useful for teachers, resource persons , administrators and researchers involved in bilingual education programme, in Sri Lanka. I invite you all to contribute to this blog and to keep it updated.
